Perfect landing

For colors, I was suggested following by Flickr user A.J. Pye:
Colour like that isn't too hard. A simple Levels adjustment can make colour really "pop" if you pull the Black Point slider in toward the right (same goes for the Blacks slider in Adobe Camera Raw and other Raw converters too). A nice (and simple!) trick is to put a Levels adjustment layer on your pic, set its blend mode to Color, and just pull the Black Point to the right - all the yummy colour of making this adjustment, but without darkening your shadows. Great! ;-)
