My backyard - New leaves replacing old

Here is a picture of a 'badam' (dont know English equivalent) tree, in my backyard.

Actually calling it a 'backyard' is too much, I live in an apartment and this tree is just next to my gallery. (This is what we call in Nagpur) :)

There is some hectic squirrel and bird activity going on here!
I am closely watching, I have just have one more picture for squirrel...I didnt get must time to click more. Should be able to do that by weekend.
