Red eye fixed using this method:
1. Add a hue/saturation adjustment layer.
2. Click the menu and choose RED.
3. Zoom into eye and lower saturation to your choice.
(I reduced it to -75)
4. click on the mask of the hue/sat layer and fill with black.
5. With a soft brush and WHITE as the foreground color paint over eyes to bring back the effect.
